Welcome | ᑐᙵᓱᒋᑦ | Tunngasugit

Since 1970 St. Jude’s Anglican Cathedral has been a landmark on the landscape of the Arctic and an icon of the north. The iglu shape is a reminder of what was once found all over the Arctic and a symbol of the uniqueness of the Inuit people and their lives.

St. Jude’s has been the spiritual home for many Iqalummiut, as well as being the Cathedral for the Diocese of the Arctic, which includes Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavik (northern Quebec).
